What was Timetohire’s problem?

Actually, we didn’t know the problem until we did the scan. This clearly showed that there were several “problems”. On the one hand, the problem that our Employer Branding scored below par on several channels. On the other hand, the problem that we were not aware of this at all.

What triggered you to look for a solution for this?

The scan itself was the trigger to change this. But at the same time also part of the solution. By translating all the quick and big wins from the scan into concrete actions, we – by making someone with employer branding knowledge responsible for this – were soon able to straighten out the basis of our employer brand across all our online channels.
